I travel for long periods of time I can count on Mike, Brian and "all" the others the guys at CarFix to take care of my family when I’m away. Truthfully, one time in 6 years I had an issue. I've never been to Carfix before but as my first experience I was very pleased. Right from the start of calling they were very helpful and kind. I love how they do an entire inspection on the cars, I was able to find out other concerns that I should be aware of with my vehicle and they even take pictures and measurments so I can understand whats going on. They got my car fixed within a 1.5 days and I did not need to look for a ride because they offer shuttle services so I was able to pick up my car through them. I'm happy with the results and definitely will be using them for future services.

They will prioritize what needs done and keep an eye on what may need done in the future. We took our daughter’s 2019 RAV4 to have the oil changed and tires rotated plus the inspection. There were a few other recommendations after the technician checked the vehicle: brake system service, cooling system service and the air/cabin filters needed to be replaced. We dropped the car off about 7:45am on Friday, September 22 and asked if it could be ready by 12:00 noon and this was just with the oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Lauren had to be at Hallmark in Garner at 1:00 for work. Our expectations were exceeded by Steven, as the car was ready by 12:15, even with all of the extra service it needed. He gave me the overall of the car inspection small and large work that was needed. On Sunday July 30th I discovered a radiator leak in my Dodge Ram 1500. I called Alexander "Zander" McKay at the Carfix Garner location on Monday July 31st hoping to get an appointment during the upcoming week. Honest mechanic shop.We took our Corolla here for a second opinion after the mobile mechanic cost us an arm and a leg and still couldn't fix it. I had scheduled service to have the oil changed and to check the electronic parking brake system as it had turned on the day prior to my service date. The day of my service the warning light had gone out, but the folks at Carfix checked it out anyway to see if there had been a hidden code. I took my car there for an oil change and tire rotation before I went away on a family trip, dropped car off Thursday night. Called and spoke with Xander on Friday. He gave me the overall of the car inspection small and large work that was needed. He told me my car would be ready for pickup on that afternoon. 5 o’clock came and went by and I just assumed I would just pick up on Monday instead. On Sunday July 30th I discovered a radiator leak in my Dodge Ram 1500. I called Alexander "Zander" McKay at the Carfix Garner location on Monday July 31st hoping to get an appointment during the upcoming week. Zander listened to my issue and assured me that his team could fix my radiator and have my truck back to me by the end of the day. I dropped off my truck and was greeted by friendly staff and was asked if I needed a ride home which I didn't need but was grateful for the offer. If I could give a million stars to Carfix in Garner, I would. From the very beginning with running the diagnostics on my vehicle - all the way to the payment process, this was one of the most delightful car experiences that I’ve ever had. Shanna was an absolute rockstar at keeping us updated on the status of our car. The actual diagnostics were incredibly detailed. The pricing wasn’t too bad with what needed to be fixed. Honest mechanic shop.We took our Corolla here for a second opinion after the mobile mechanic cost us an arm and a leg and still couldn't fix it. CarFix was more thorough and explained just what was wrong with our car and what it would take to get it running again. They also helped us find a salvage yard to sell our dead car to. They were kind and helpful throughout the entire process and we will use them going forward with our other car.

I had scheduled service to have the oil changed and to check the electronic parking brake system as it had turned on the day prior to my service date. The day of my service the warning light had gone out, but the folks at Carfix checked it out anyway to see if there had been a hidden code. I dropped my car off in the morning, and had it back shortly after noon. I have had my transmission replaced at Carfix and the work that was done was outstanding. These folks deserve a 5 star rating and even more. They are all very friendly, polite, courteous, and professional. I recommend them highly.
